一种反激式变换器的漏感能量缓冲回馈单元研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统高频变压器阻容式(RC)漏感缓冲吸收电路使用电阻耗散漏感能量,致使整机效率不高的问题,本文提出一种基于反激式变换器的能量缓冲回馈单元,以处理高频变压器漏感的能量。对该能量缓冲回馈单元的拓扑结构和工作过程进行了分析,搭建实验平台。漏感能量缓冲吸收电路,不仅能将开关管在关断时因变压器漏感谐振引起的电压尖峰抑制在关断电压的1. 2倍内,且吸收的漏感能量能被有效利用。 The resistance of traditional resistor-capacitor leakage absorption circuit of high-frequency transformer was used to dissipate leakage energy,which leads to the low convertor's efficiency. In this paper,an energy buffer feedback unit based on Flyback converter was proposed to deal with leakage inductance of high-frequency transformers. In addition,the topology and working process of the energy buffer feedback unit were analyzed,and the experimental platform was built. The result shows that when switch tube is turned off,the proposed circuit can not only suppress the transformer leakage inductance resonance voltage spike within1. 2 times of the turn-off voltage,but also effectively utilize the absorbed leakage inductance energy.
