摘要
在黑龙江省Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ积温带进行大田试验,以抗冷型玉米品种丰单3号和非抗冷型郑单958为试验材料,于3展叶、6展叶期叶面喷施玉米专用抗冷调节剂聚糠萘水剂(PKN),研究聚糠萘水剂对不同温度环境下春玉米灌浆期光合性能的调控作用。研究表明,聚糠萘水剂处理后不同积温带两个品种玉米穗位叶RuBP羧化酶、PEP羧化酶的活性提高,尤其在第Ⅱ、Ⅲ积温带,穗位叶RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶活性提高幅度大。同时,聚糠萘水剂显著提高两个品种的叶绿素含量和光合速率,这种效应可能与聚糠萘水剂成分中含有细胞分裂素组分有关,也与聚糠萘水剂提高光合作用相关酶(RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶)活性有直接关系。叶片光合性能增强,促进光合产物的合成、运输和积累,最终提高两个品种的子粒成熟度,提高产量。
Field experiments were conducted in I, II and III accumulated temperature zone of Heilongjiang province. Different varieties of cold resistant maize(Fengdan3 and Zhengdan958) were used as experimental materials in the trials, and the effects of PASP-KT-NAA(PKN) on photosynthetic performances of different maize cuhivars during grain filling period were studied. The result showed that PKN treatment made RuBPCase and PEPCase activity of flag leaves of Fengdan3 and Zhengdan958 increase, especially increased greatly in II and III accumulated temperature zones. At the same time PKN improved two species of leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate. This effect may be related to PKN components containing cytokinin; and also with PKN increased photosynthesis-related enzyme activity(RuBPCase and PEPCase) had a direct relationship. Leaf photosynthetic performance enhancement was to promote the synthesis, transport and accumulation of photosynthetic products, and ultimately improve the maturity of two varieties of grain, and increase production.
