摘要
经烯效唑浸种后的玉米苗期叶片变厚,比叶重增加,叶片叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b比值增加,PEP羧化酶活性增强,净光合速率提高;以40mg.kg-1烯效唑浸种的效果最好。
The effects of soaking seeds with different concentrations of uniconazole on the photosyntheticcharacters of maize seedlings were studied. The results showed that uniconazole treatment increased PEP car-boxylase activity and specific leaf weight, enhanced chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b ratio, and im-proved net photosynthetic rate in the leaves at three to seven leaf stage, and 40 mg.kg-1 was best.
