摘要 糖尿病是一种多重因素包括遗传、环境和社会心理等相互作用导致的慢性代谢性疾病。MicroRNA(miRNA)对葡萄糖的摄取和平衡有重要的作用,与IR的发展也密切相关,对于糖尿病的预防和治疗研究有重要意义。 Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease caused by various factors, such as genetic, environmental, and psychosocial factors, etc. The finding is that microRNA (miRNA) plays an important role in glucose uptake and balance and is also involved in the development of insulin resistance (IR). MicroRNA is of great significance in prevention and treatment of DM.
