摘要
目的观察全新阴式子宫全切术的临床治疗效果。方法对实施全新阴式子宫全切术20例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析、研究及总结。结果 20例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间(56±18)min,术中出血量(102±18)mL,切除子宫重量(335±185)g,患者医疗费用(2400±450)元;患者出院后30～60d进行复诊,均未发生阴道末端新生组织,包括肉芽肿情况,未发生阴道顶部膨出。结论全新阴式子宫全切术扩展了传统阴式子宫全切术的手术适应证,对非脱垂子宫、绝经、未生育、盆腔粘连、有以往手术史、附件发生病变的患者治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the new Transvaginal uterus cut method in the clinical treatment effect. Methods To implement new Transvaginal uterus cut method the clinical data of 20 patients were retrospectively analyzed,research and summary. Results 20 cases of patients were successfully completed surgery, surgery time used （56±18） min, intraoperative blood loss （102±18） mL, removal of the uterus weight （335±185） g, patients with medical expenses （2400±450） yuan. Patients after discharge 30- 60 d for appointment,all did not have vaginal end new organizations, including the granuloma, did not have vaginal bulging at the top. Conclusion The new Transvaginal uterus cut method extends the traditional female uterus cut all surgical indications,operation of prolapse of uterus,menopause,childless,pelvic adhesion,history of previous surgery, attachment lesions of patients treatment effect is remarkable,and it has great clinical application value.
