摘要
本文在对大量进行文献研究及总结的基础上,建立了工业化进程与物流发展水平协调发展指标体系,通过改进后的熵值法对两个子系统的各个指标进行赋权,并对2000-2010年新疆地区的工业化进程和物流发展水平分别进行了综合评价。然后,根据新疆地区2000-2010年11年工业化进程和物流发展水平的综合得分,运用协调度模型对两者进行了协调发展度的评价。结果表明:两者的关联度较高,工业化进程与物流发展水平是失调的。最后,根据实际发展情况,分析了两者失调的原因,提出了具有实践意义的建议。
Based on a large number of literature researches and summations, the paper establishes the index system of coordinated de-velopment of industrialization process and logistics development level, determines the weights of each index of the two sub- systems through the improved entropy method, and respectively conducts comprehensive evaluations for industrialization pro-cess and logistics development level in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2010. Then, according to comprehensive scores of industrial- ization process and logistics development level in Xinjiang in the eleven years, it applies the coordination degree model to evaluate the coordinated development of both the degrees of evaluation. The results show that the correlation degree is high, and industrialization and logistics development level is imbalanced. Finally, according to the actual development situation, the paper analyzes the reasons of the imbalance and proposes the practical suggestions.
