摘要
城市化是人类文明和进步的标志,生态环境是城市发展的基础。目前我国正处于城市化快速发展时期,但快速粗放型城市化对周围生态环境造成现实的破坏与潜在的危险,已成为我国社会和城市发展的制约因素,危及到城市化的可持续发展。文章采用规范研究与实证研究相结合的方法,以长春市为例,在构建城市化与生态环境协调发展评价指标体系的基础上,对长春市的城市化与生态环境协调发展水平进行了探讨。
Urbanization is the sign of the human civilization and progress, the ecological environment is the basis for urban development. With increasingly rapid development of urbanization, the extensive rapid urbanization have destroyed the surrounding ecological environment and posed the potential danger and become constrained factors of social and urban development, endangering the sustainable development of urbanization. This paper not only combines the normal research with empirical research but also combines the method of qualitative-quantitative, taking Changchun for example, adder constructing evaluation system of the coordinated development between Urbanization and eco-environment evaluation system, analyzing the level of coordinated development between Urbanization and eco-environment and proposing the measures.
