摘要
轨道质量指数(Track Quality Index,TQI)是评价轨道质量状态的重要指标。为了更加科学有效地利用TQI来指导现场的养护维修,需要了解其分布情况。统计分析发现,沪宁城际高速铁路动态不平顺TQI超限主要出现在检测速度不大于180 km/h的数据中,而且集中分布在苏州、无锡、常州、镇江的道岔段。对于检测速度大于180km/h的数据,进行了分布函数的拟合及检验,结果表明:在置信度为95%的情况下,TQI服从对数正态分布;根据近十年的TQI的统计,发现除道岔区段外,TQI年平均值为3.65 mm,标准差为0.44 mm,TQI值大于5 mm的百分比年均值为0.5。
Track Quality Index (TQI) is an important index to evaluate the quality of railway track. In order to more scientifically and effectively use TQI to guide on-site maintenance and repair, it is necessary to know about its distribution rule. Statistical analysis has found that, for the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity High-speed Railway, these TQI values beyond the limits of dynamic irregularity occur mainly among the data with detection speed of not more than 180 km/h, concentrating in the turnout regions of Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Zhenjiang. In addition, aiming at those data with detection speed of more than 180 kin/h, the distribution function fitting and testing were carried out. The results show that, on condition that the confidence level is 95% , the TQI obeys logarithmic normal distribution. Also according to statistic data on TQI in recent ten years, it has been found that except for turnout regions, TQI's annual average value is 3.65, with a standard deviation of 0.44; for those TQI values of larger than 5, the annual average percentage is 0.5.
