摘要
目的:研究艾瑞昔布的抗炎消肿镇痛作用。方法:采用Freund's完全佐剂致大鼠足跖肿胀模型考察艾瑞昔布对大鼠佐剂性关节炎原发性和继发性病变的抑制作用;采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀模型考察艾瑞昔布的抗炎作用;采用大鼠肉芽肿模型考察艾瑞昔布的消肿作用;采用热板实验和小鼠扭体实验考察艾瑞昔布的镇痛作用。结果:艾瑞昔布对大鼠佐剂性关节炎有明显的抑制作用,尤其是对继发性关节炎的治疗作用显著;艾瑞昔布明显抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠急性炎症反应,抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织的增生,对热刺激及化学刺激引起的小鼠疼痛均有明显的镇痛作用。结论:艾瑞昔布具有明显的抗炎消肿镇痛作用。
Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory, detumescent and analgesic actions of imrecoxib. Methods:Six kinds of animal model for experimental inflammation and analgesia, including primary and secondary Freund's adjuvant induced rat arthritis, carrageenin-induced rat paw edema, cotton-ball rat granuloma, hot plate reaction and acetic acid-induced writhing response, were adopted to validate the effects of imrecoxib. Results:Imrecoxib restrained the adjuvant arthritis, especially the secondary one, inhibited the feet swelling and granuloma, and decreased the pain response. Conclusion:Imrecoxib shows significant anti-inflammatory, detumescent and analgesic effects on animal models mentioned above.
