A New System for Evaluation to High Performance Team Based on AHP

摘要 在对团队绩效评价研究文献综述的基础上,从一个新的视角,即从团队的"PERFORM"特征出发,构建7个评价维度27个具体评价指标的团队评价新体系。依据新体系,运用层次分析方法,给出一个团队评价的应用实例。 This paper is on the basis of literature review to the performance evaluation research team, from a new perspective, that is, from the characteristics like "PERFORM" of teams, constructing the new system including seven assessment dimensions 27 specific evaluation index to evaluating teams. According to the new system, this paper uses the hierarchical analysis method, and then gives a team evaluation application.
