摘要
在分析传统高校科研团队绩效评价体系的基础上,根据平衡计分卡(BSC)的基本原理,结合高校科研团队的特点,构建基于BSC的高校科研团队绩效评价指标体系,并运用基于层次分析法(AHP)的模糊评价法,对高校科研团队进行评价,给出实用性和操作性更强的高校科研团队绩效评价的新方法。
On the basis of analyzing the traditional evaluation system, according to the basic principles of Balanced Score Card (BSC) and the features of university scientific team, the paper constructs the indicator system of university scientific team' s performance evaluation based on BSC. With the application of Fuzzy Comprehensive method based on Analytic Hi- erarchy Process, the article evaluates the university scientific team and offers one new approach of evaluating the university scientific team' s performance that has stronger practicality and operability.
