摘要
平衡计分卡(BSC)是一种全新的企业绩效考核体系,它是从财务、顾客、内部经营以及学习和发展4个方面对企业的经营绩效进行全方位的考核。分析了平衡计分卡的优点与不足之处,并就平衡计分卡在我国企业的应用提出了几点注意事项。
The BSC is a totally new enterprise's performance feed back system, from four aspects of finance, customer, internal operation, and leaning and development, the BSC makes all-round examination for enterprises' operation performance. This paper analyzes on the advantages and disadvantages of BSC, and puts forward some matters needing attention in the application of BSC in our country's enterprises.
