食品金黄色葡萄球菌的污染调查 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解食品金黄色葡萄球菌的污染状况。方法对2011年石家庄市6类销售点销售的9类食品进行金黄色葡萄球菌分离鉴定,并对数据进行汇总分析。结果 225份食品中分离出30株金黄色葡萄球菌,检出率为13.33%;各类食品间的差异没有统计学意义(χ2=13.785,P>0.05);第三季度食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染率最高,为25.9%,季节间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.05,P<0.05);街头食品金黄色葡萄球菌的污染率最高,为31.6%,销售点间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.374,P<0.05)。结论金黄色葡萄球菌广泛污染我们的食品,应进一步提高食品卫生意识并加强食品卫生安全监督。 Objective To investigate the contamination status of staphylococcus aureus in food.Method Nine kinds of food from six sources of markets in 2011 were detected and analyzed.Results 30 strains of staphylococcus aureus were identified from 225 samples,and the positive rate was 13.3%.There was no significantly statistical difference among 9 kinds of foods(χ2 = 13.785,P 0.05).The foods pollution rate of staphylococcus aureus in the third quarter was the highest,which was 25.9%.There were significantly statistical differences in four quarters(χ2 = 11.05,P 0.05).The maximum staphylococcus aureus pollution rate of food was the street food,which was 31.6%.There were significantly statistical differences in different markets(χ2 = 15.374,P 0.05).Conclusions Staphylococcus aureus frequently contaminates the foods,therefore it is necessary to improve the consciousness of food sanitation and enhance the supervision of food safety.
