摘要
目的探讨以电话随访为主的延续护理对化疗后出院患者居家期间化疗并发症及护理服务满意度的影响。方法选取300例某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院接受化疗的肿瘤患者,对观察组150例肿瘤患者进行电话随访,对对照组150例肿瘤患者进行常规出院健康教育,比较两组患者的护理服务满意度、化疗并发症及应对方式的异同。结果两组患者门诊治疗率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以电话随访为主的延续护理有利于肿瘤患者居家期间积极应对化疗并发症。
Objective To explore the effects of continuing care by telephone follow - up for discharged patients treated with chemotherapy on chemotherapy complication and patients satisfaction. Methods A total of 300 cancer patients from a cancer hospital in Beijing were recruited and divided into two groups. The experimental group ( n = 150 ) received continuing care by telephone follow - up, while the control group ( n = 150 ) received routine discharge education. Patients satisfaction, chemotherapy complications and the patients' coping styles were compared between two groups. Results Significant differences of outpatient treatment was existed in the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Besides, patients' satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Continuing care by telephone follow - up is beneficial for patients to deal with chemotherapy complications at home.
