摘要 目的:建立测定尿液中硼含量的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。方法:样品经过1%HNO3稀释处理后,选择Ca2+(10 mg/ml)—硝酸铵(20 mg/ml)-柠檬酸(20 mg/ml)改进剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果:硼含量在0μg/ml~1μg/ml的线性范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限0.0585μg/ml,方法的精密度RSD(n=6)为2.2%~9.8%,回收率为88.67%~100.1%。结论:建立的方法操作简便易行,重现性、灵敏度和准确性能满足分析要求,可应用于尿液中硼含量的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of boron in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry(GFAAS).Methods: The samples were diluted by 1%HNO3.A mixture of Ca2+(10mg/ ml)—ammonium nitrate(20mg/ml)-citric acid(20mg/ml)was used as chemical modifier to determine the boron level by GFASS.Results: A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 0μg/ml-1ug/ml,r=0.9996,and the detection limit of the method was 0.0585ug/ml.The RSD was 2.2% ~9.8%,and the recovery was in the range of 88.67% ~100.1%.Conclusion:The method was simple,and its repeatability,sensitivity and accuracy could meet the requirements of analysis,It was applicable to the determination of boron in the urine.
