电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定再生胶中5种重金属元素含量方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究通过优化前处理和仪器条件的方式,确定了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定再生胶中5种重金属元素铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、钡(Ba)的方法。样品采用的前处理方法为微波消解法、ICP-MS检测和外标法定量。Pb、Cu、Fe、Zn、Ba 5种重金属元素的标准曲线的相关系数r均大于0.9982,这5种重金属元素的回收率均在80.2%~104.1%范围内,相对标准偏差的范围是1.0%~7.7%。经验证,本方法的检出限低、稳定性好,适用于再生胶中5种重金属元素含量的测定。 In this study,the method of determining the content of five heavy metals of lead(Pb),copper(Cu),iron(Fe),zinc(Zn),and barium(Ba)in regenerated rubber by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was optimized by improving the pre-treatment and instrument conditions.The sample pre-treatment method used was microwave digestion,and the ICP-MS was used for detection,followed by quantification using external standard method.The correlation coefficients(r)of the standard curves for Pb,Cu,Fe,Zn,and Ba were all greater than 0.9982,and the recovery rates of these five heavy metal elements were in the range of 80.2%-104.1%,with a relative standard deviation ranging from 1.0%-7.7%.This method has low detection limit and good stability,and is suitable for the determination of the content of these five heavy metals in regenerated rubber.
