摘要
介绍了基于荧光猝灭效应的光纤气敏传感器的工作原理和系统结构 ,并着重对传感信号的特点及其检测方法进行了研究 ,结果表明 。
In this article, the working principle and system structure of the fiber optic gas sensor based on fluorescence quenching have been introduced, and the specialities of sensing signal and their detecting method have been studied. The results indicate that rather high sensitivity and precision can be achieved by the lock-in amplifier.
