摘要
对黄曲霉毒素的检测方法薄层色谱、高效液相色谱、免疫学与仪器联用、超光谱等分析方法进行了综述,评述了上述方法的优劣、适用条件和最新进展。
Aflatoxin detecting methods were reviewed such as TCL, HPLC, immunology and instrumentation association, hyperspectral detection methods, the pros and cons of the above methods, the applicable conditions and the latest progress were reviewed.
