一种快速检测黄曲霉毒素B1的方法

摘要 利用黄曲霉毒素专用测定仪建立了一种快速检测食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的分析方法,该仪器采用基于LED光源的荧光检测器和光衍生器。试样采用乙腈提取,226多功能净化柱净化,净化液经C18反相色谱柱分离利用黄曲霉毒素衍生物的荧光特性进行含量测定。结果表明,样品中黄曲霉毒素B1在0.01~20μg/kg内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,S/N3信噪比下检出限0.007μg/kg,实际样品的加标回收率在80%~90%之间,同一样品重复测定结果的相对标准偏差0.69%,方法检出限、精密度、准确性等指标均满足国家标准限量要求。 The aflatoxin-analyzer uses fluorescence detector and photochemical derivative based on LED light source.The samples extracted by acetonitrile,pretreated by 226 multi-functional purifying column,separated by C18 reversed-phase chromatography column,then aflatoxin was determined by fluorescence detector.Linearity of aflatoxin B1 in samples is between(0.01-20)ppb.The correlation coefficient is 0.9998,the detection limit under triple signal-to-noise ratio is 0.007 ppb,the recovery rate of practical samples is between 80%-90%,the relative standard deviation of repeated determination of the same sample is 0.69%.The method detection limit,precision,accuracy and other indicators all can meet the requirement of China national standard.
