摘要
本文通过分析90后学生学风问题及成因,提出高校应与时俱进、针对90后学生的特点来思考学风建设,将学风建设与构建学生的党风、教师的教风有机结合,重教育以心理健康塑学风;重引导以生涯规划促学风;重典型以榜样力量树学风;重纪律以考风考纪正学风;重职责以定岗明责督学风;创建90后学生学风建设新机制。
This paper through the analysis of the problems and causes of the style of study among college students after 1990s,the paper proposes that colleges should keep pace with the times,reflect the construction of the style of study based on the students’characteristics,organically combine the construction of the style of study with the construction of the style of the Party and teaching spirit.In addition,a good style of study should be shaped with mental health as well as the valuing of education,promoted by the career planning as well as the valuing of guidance,established with good examples as well as the valuing of typical cases,corrected with exam style as well as the valuing of discipline and supervised with clear post responsibilities as well as the valuing of duties.And a new mechanism of the style of study should be created among college students after 1990s.
