摘要
大学生的就业形势在各高校逐年扩招的过程中变得愈发严峻,现在各个高校的一个重要工作内容就是让每年的毕业生成功地就业。辅导员在这项工作中发挥着重要的作用,能够指导学生的就业问题,充分地发挥高校辅导员在就业指导中的作用,对高校辅导员在高校就业指导工作中的职责加以明确,进而将高校就业指导工作的效率提升。
With the expansion of universities＇ enrollment, the situation ofcoUege students＇ employment is becoming increasingly serious. And an important work of colleges is to guarantee college students to successfully fred jobs in each year. Counselors play a very important role in the job. Therefore, to guide students＇ employment, make full use of college counselors＇ role in employment guidance and determine counselors＇ responsibilities in employment guidance work can improve the effectiveness of colleges＇ employment guidance work.
