摘要
辅导员重视并做好学生就业指导工作,是高等职业院校搞好就业工作的重要基础。辅导员要做好学生就业指导工作,应该明确四个问题、抓住六大关键、做好六件实事。
The counselors should pay great attention to and guide the students＇ employment well, which is the important basis for conduction the employment in advanced vocational colleges. In order to improve our work on employment, the counselors should make sure the four questions, six key points and six deeds.
