摘要
目的:调查分析民众对中草药煎煮和服用基本知识的认知程度。方法:设计调查问卷,问卷内容包括16个问题,基本涵盖了中草药煎煮和服用的各个方面。采用现场问卷调查,通过被调查者填写调查问卷,获取基本信息,运用统计分析进行显著性检验。结果:发放问卷408份,收到有效问卷393份,有效率96.3%(95%CI=94.5%～98.1%)。在16个问题中人均了解11.23个(得分正确率70.19%,95%CI=65.67%～74.71%)。被调查者中对中草药煎煮和服用知识了解12个及以上有188人,占有效调查问卷人数的47.8%(95%CI=42.9%～52.7%);了解8个及以下的有46人,占有效调查问卷人数的11.7%(95%CI=8.5%～14.9%)。性别、年龄、城乡和学历的差别使不同人群对中草药煎煮和服用知识的认知程度存在不同程度的差异。结论:民众对中草药煎煮和服用知识的认知度受性别、年龄、城乡以及学历等因素的影响,应该加大宣传力度,使人们了解更多的中草药知识,使传统的中草药文化得到更好的传承和发展。
Objective： To survey and analyze the populace＇s basic knowledge on the decocting and taking Chi- nese herbal medicine. Methods： the questionnaire was designed, and included 16 questions, covering all aspects of de cocting and taking Chinese herbal medicine. The questionnaire survey was obtained in the spot when the respondents filled out a questionnaire, and the basic information was put into statistical analysis significance test. Results： 408 questionnaires were sent out, and 393 valid ones received. The effective rate of questionnaires was 96.3% （95% CI =94. 5% -98. 1% ）. Among the 16 questions about 11.23 ones were understood per capita（ scoring accuracy rate was 70. 19% ,95% CI = 65.67% -74. 71% ）. Among the respondents 188 people learned the knowledge of decocting and taking Chinese herbal medicine about three fourths （12 questions）, accounting for 47. 8% of the number of effective questionnaire（95% CI = 42. 9% -52. 7% ）. 46 people learned about one seconds （ 8 questions）, accounting for 11.7 % （95 % CI = 8.5 % - 14. 9% ）. The difference of gender, age, education, and the urban or the rural showed the difference of the recognition cognition degree to the Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion： The degree on the knowledge of decocting and taking populace＇s recognition degree was influenced by gender, age, the urban or the rural, education and other factors on decocting and taking the Chineseherbal medi- cine. The knowledge of decocting and taking the Chinese herbal medicine should be publicized more, so that people could understand more and make traditional Chinese medical culture inherited and developed better.
