摘要
目的:观察麝香保心丸中西医结合治疗老年性冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将老年性冠心病心绞痛患者96例随机分为两组。对照组48例常规服用阿斯匹林、倍他乐克及单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片。治疗组48例,在对照组治疗基础上加服麝香保心丸2粒,每日3次。疗程4周。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组心绞痛综合疗效、心电图综合疗效尚未达到显著性差异,心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间参数显著下降(P<0.01),硝酸甘油用量下降参数无显著性意义。结论:麝香保心丸中西医结合治疗老年性冠心病心绞痛优于单纯西医疗法疗效的证据尚不能确定,其收益为OR=0.31(95%CI=0.09～1.04),NNT=7(95%CI=3.43～1 666.67)。
Objective:To observe the effect of Pill of She-xiang Bao-xin combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of senile coronary heart disease.Methods:96 cases with angina pectoris of senile coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases in control group were treated with routine western medicine such as aspirin,metoprolol and sustained release tablets of isosorbide mononitrate.The other 48 cases in treatment group were treated with Pill of She-xiang Bao-xin,2 pills each time and 3 times a day,besides above western medicine.One treatment course included 4 weeks.Results:There was not significant difference between the two groups on the curative effect and ECG.The frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks decreased markedly(P<0.01),but the dosage of nitroglycerin decline parameters had no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:It can not be determined that Pill of She-xiang Bao-xin combined with western medicine has better effect on angina pectoris of senile coronary heart disease than single western medicine,OR=0.31(95%CI=0.09-1.04),NNT= 7(95%CI=3.43-1666.67).
