摘要
目的探讨AECOPD患者治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)及内皮素-1(ET-1)的变化及临床意义。方法选择我院AECOPD的住院患者85例,另选我院健康体检中心40例健康人群的血样作为对照组,比较AECOPD、病情稳定期和健康对照组血清CRP及血浆ET-1含量的变化情况。结果 COPD患者急性加重期CRP和ET-1水平明显高于病情稳定期和健康对照组,而病情稳定期又明显高于健康对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 ET-1是AECOPD发病过程中的重要因素之一,CRP和ET-1既可作为AECOPD感染的指标,又可以作为评估患者病情程度的指标。
Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of C-reactive protein （CRP） and endothelin 1 （ ET-1 ） in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） before and after treatment. Methods 85 AE- COPD patients were selected as the test group, and 40 healthy people were taken as the control group. The changes of serum CRP and plasma ET-1 were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of CRP and ET-1 were obviously higher in the test group than in the control group with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ETol is one of the important factors in the process of acute exac- erbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. CRP and ET-1 can be used as the indexes of COPD patients at acute exacerbation peri- od, and also the indexes to evaluate illness degree.
