用四丁基溴化铵,盐酸三乙胺和甲基吡咯烷酮分别与氯化亚锡按不同的摩尔比合成了一系列的离子液体,并对苯并噻吩模拟油和FCC汽油进行了脱硫研究。对三种不同离子液体的脱硫性能进行了初步比较,并针对1.2Bu4NBr.SnCl2离子液体详尽考察了萃取时间、萃取温度、剂油质量比、起始硫浓度、循环使用次数等因素对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,萃取时间为20 min,温度为25℃,剂油质量比1∶1时,1.2Bu4NBr.SnCl2离子液体萃取苯并噻吩模拟油脱硫率为68.8%,FCC汽油萃取处理3次,脱硫率达到89.1%,同时离子液体无需再生重复使用3次,脱硫率仍能达到38.3%。
A series of inexpensive Lewis-based ionic liquids have been prepared from cheap starting materials, such as χEt3NHC1. SnC12, xBu4NBr · SnC12, χCsH9NO ·SnC1z. The ionic liquids were characterized using FF-IR and TG. The effect of ionic liquid/oil mass ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time in the removal of benzothiophene from n-octane were investigated. 89. 1% of extraction efficiency could be achieved after extraction thrice from real FCC gasoline using an ionic liquid/oil mass ratio of 1. The ionic liquid could be recycled many times by distillation with a slight decrease in activity. It was also found that 1.2Bu, NBr · SnC12 can be reused in extraction without regeneration with considerable extraction efficiency of 38.3%.
