摘要
目的掌握北京市大兴区中小学生健康状况及变化趋势,为进一步预防和控制学生常见病的发生和发展提供科学依据。方法收集2005～2011年大兴区中小学生健康状况监测资料,并进行描述性分析。结果近7年学生常见病总检出率依次为:视力不良(54.17%)、龋齿(18.40%)、肥胖(16.01%)、营养不良(15.70%)和沙眼(2.70%);常见病中营养不良、沙眼检出率呈逐年下降趋势,肥胖病检出率无显著变化;龋齿、视力低下检出率呈逐年上升趋势;营养不良、视力低下、龋齿检出率中学生显著高于小学生,而肥胖和沙眼检出率则小学生高于中学生(P<0.01)。结论大兴区中小学生常见病检出率仍然较高,尤其是视力低下率一直居常见病之首。提示各有关部门应采取综合措施,全面降低学生常见病的发病率。
Objective To master the health status and its changing trend of primary and middle school students in Daxing district of Beijing, in order to provide scientific evidence for common diseases prevention and control. Methods The information of health condition among primary and middle school students in Daxing district was collected and analyzed during 2005 to 2011. The descriptive analysis method was employed in this study. Results The detection rates of common diseases, which included poor eyesight, dental caries, obesity, malnutrition and trachoma, were 54.17% , 18.40% , 16. 01% , 15.70% and 2.70% respectively. Among these common diseases, the rates of malnutrition and trachoma showed declining trend year by year. However, the rates of dental caries and poor eyesight had an increasing tendency. There was no significant change in the rate of obesity. The detection rates of malnutrition, poor eyesight and dental caries of middle school students were significantly higher than that of primary school students, while the rates of obesity and trachoma of primary school students were higher than that of secondary school students （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The detection rate of common diseases among primary and secondary schools was still high in Daxing district. The rate of poor eyesight was the top one among the common diseases. Comprehensive measures should be taken in order to reduce the incidence of common diseases in students.
