摘要
伴随着高等教育在我国的不断发展,以及社会对高校毕业生在分析与解决实际问题方面要求的不断提高,高校实验室开放成为目前我国高校实验室改革和发展的大趋势。通过设立实验室开放专项基金、制定科学有效的激励政策、建立网络信息化管理平台等办法,建立科学合理完善的开放实验室管理体系及运行机制,推动了实验教学改革,优化实验教学体系,为学生提供一个良好的学习、实践与创新的平台,为教学改革的深化发展起到良好的推动作用。
Along with the continuous development of higher education in our country, as well as the society of college graduates in analyzing and solving practical problems asks is ceaseless rise, laboratory in colleges and universities has become the trend of reform and development of the laboratory in colleges and universities. Henan Institute of Engineering through the establishment of laboratory opening special funds, formulating scientific and effective incentive policy, establishing the network information management platform, such as the basic set up scientific and rational perfect opening laboratory management system and operation mechanism, promote the experiment teaching reform, optimize the experimental teaching system, to provide students with a good study, practice and innovation platform, for the deepening of the reform of the teaching development play a good role in promoting this.
