原发皮肤前驱B淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤（1ymphoblastic lymphoma，LBL）属于高度恶性淋巴瘤，进展快，死亡率高。绝大多数LBL是T细胞表型，B-LBL十分少见，占所有LBL的比例不足10％2而以皮肤损害为原发表现的B-LBL则更少见，现报道我们诊治的1例。临床资料患者男，13岁。四肢肿块6个月。患者半年前无明显诱因四肢相继出现5-7个肿块，半球形或扁平状，高出皮面，黄豆至小核桃大，质硬，无痛痒，缓慢增大，未予治疗，于2010年5月来我院门诊。病程中无畏寒发热，无乏力盗汗，体重无明显下降。病理拟诊前驱B急性淋巴细胞性白血病／淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤，因未确诊，在门诊密切观察。
