摘要
目的:分析某肿瘤医院患者院内感染的发生原因、相关危险因素及应对策略。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对肿瘤合并院内感染患者的病历资料进行分析。结果:院内感染发生部位以下呼吸道最高,放疗、化疗、置管、大量使用抗菌药物是诱发肿瘤患者院内感染的主要原因。结论:肿瘤患者院内感染发生率较高,应有针对性地采取防治策略。
Objective： To analyse the reason and the related factors ofnosocomial infection and to explore the prevention countermeasures for patients with tumor. Methods： The data of patients with tumor related nosocomial infection in hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The major parts of infection were lower respiratory tract infections radiotherapy. The main causes of in-patients with nosocomial infection were radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and catheter, heavy use of antibacterial agents. Conclusion： The incidence of nosocomial infection is higher in patients with tumor. It is necessary to take integrative measures specially.
