摘要
引入职业经理人担任高层管理人员是中小型家族式科技企业"二次创业"的必要措施。但是目前中小型家族式科技企业职业经理人的社会资本薄弱,从而导致职业经理人在企业内部交往网络中的"弱嵌入性"和职业生涯的发展困境:人际网络的规模有限且无法在其中占据结构洞等核心枢纽位置,从而丧失了获得稀缺资源与关键信息的机会和网络控制的权力。鉴于此,有必要发掘企业文化中的信任资源、培育宏观社会资本;同时职业经理人自身也有必要进行微观社会资本的自我投资与累积。
Introduction of occupational managers served as senior managers in small family enterprises of science and technology is the necessary measure. But because of lacking in social capital at present, the occupational managers in small family enterprises of science and technology are hard to embed into the internal communication network of enterprises. As a result, the occupational managers can not own large scale network and occupy in the hole of structure. In view of this, it is necessary, to explore the trust resources in enterprise culture to cultivate the macro social capital and invest micro social capital by occupational managers themselves.
