摘要
美国高校教师发展从零星带薪休假发展成为成熟、完善的教师发展体系,历经学术主导型、教学提升型、多元推广型以及综合一体型四个发展阶段,逐步形成了注重教学学术的学术性和凸显教学反思的实践性两种基本价值取向,以及以工具性知识、情境性知识和反思性知识为认识基础的三种教师发展模式。
From little paid vacation to mature American faculty development (FD) has been through four stages: academic-oriented, teaching-improving, multiple-training and all- in-one system. In such FD system, there are two basic values coming into being, which are academic-oriented, focusing on scholarship of teaching and practical-oriented, focusing on teaching introspection. Also, there are three developing patterns based on instrumental knowledge, situational knowledge and introspective knowledge.
