摘要
现代高等教育产业化有四个方面的内涵 :确立高等教育体制改革的法制规则 ,克服计划经济体制的遗留弊端 ,实行简政放权 ;大力发展民办大学和地方性大学 ,重视网络大学的发展 ;鼓励大学建立科学园区 ;建立高等教育特区。
There are four aspects of connotation of the industrization of modern higher education:Establish the legal system rules of the structural reform of higher education,overcome the evil which left by the planned economy system,carry on simplify politics and transfer power to a lower level;develop universities which run by the local people and set up local universities exert great efforts,attach importance to the development of network universities;encourage universities establish scientific school garden district;establish special district of education.
