摘要
分析了目前我国西部地区教育投入严重不足、教育事业发展相当落后的现状和制约因素 ,提出了在加大政府教育投入力度的同时 ,建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的教育投融资体制和机制及利用资本市场和民间资金 ,拓宽投融资渠道 ,解决教育资金不足问题的对策设想。
In this paper, the serious inadequacy of investment in education and restricting factors inInhibiting education development in West China are analyzed.It is suggested that an appropriate system of investment in education should be established with greater governmental thrust in education.And relevant measures should be taken to Tackle the shortage of educational funds by making full use of capital market and folk funds and by exploring other approaches to investment.\;
