正交优选柿叶总黄酮提取工艺及其抗氧化研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究柿叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。方法采用单因素试验与正交试验,以柿叶总黄酮提取率为评价指标,筛选出最佳提取工艺;以柿叶总黄酮体外清除DPPH自由基能力为指标,评价其抗氧化活性。结果柿叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶10,提取时间1 h,提取2次,提取率在0.68%;柿叶总黄酮体现出良好的抗氧化活性,对DPPH自由基的体外清除率可达80.23%。结论柿叶总黄酮是一种安全、高效的抗氧化剂,其提取工艺稳定可行,可用于工业化生产。 Objective To study the optimum conditions of the total flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves and their antioxidant activity. Methods Adopt to single factor experiments and orthogonal test, It Was the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves was taken as evaluation index to select the optimum extraction process. The antioxidant activity of the total flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging ability in vitro. Results The optimum extraction prcess for total flavonoids from persimmon leaves was as follows:ethanol concentration was 70%, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 10, extraction time was 1 h, and extraction times was 2. The extraction ratio was 0.68% in this condition, the total flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves has showed stronger antioxidant activity, its clearance of the extract towards DPPH radical in vitro was 80.23%. Conclusion The total flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves is a safe and effective antioxidant, and its optimum extraction process is feasible for industrial production.
