摘要
目的:研究中西医结合对轮状病毒腹泻疗效。方法:选择自2010年2月～2011年5月来我院就诊的由轮状病毒引起的腹泻的患者58例,将以上患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,在对两组均进行常规的西药治疗基础上,对治疗组使用自拟安肠止泻散加减治疗。结果:治疗组有21例痊愈,有效的有7例,无效患者2例,治疗总有效率达到93.3%;对照组痊愈患者有10例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率为67.9%。治疗组的症状改善时间、止泻时间、总病程方面明显优于对照组。对两组的总有效率进行比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),即具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗由轮状病毒引起的腹泻具有较好的疗效,适合在临床推广应用。
Objective： Research in the integrative medicine efficacy ofrotavirus diarrhea. Methods： 58 patients in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2011 caused by rotavirus diarrhea were selected, these patients were randomly divided into a treated group of 30 patients and the control group 28 patients, in both groups, the conventional modem medicine on the basis of, since the proposed security intestinal diarrhea scattered treating treatment group. Symptom improvement of the treatment group, the Antidiarrheal time the total course of the disease was significantly better than the control group.Two groups of the total efficiency comparison, having a significant difference （P〈0.01）, that is statistically significant. Conclusion： Integrative treatment of diarrhea caused by rotavirus has a good effect, suitable for clinical application.
