摘要
目的:探讨中医治疗乳癖的有效方药。方法:选择我院2009年3月～2012年6月在我院妇科门诊就诊的乳腺增生病患者232例,将上述患者随机分为两组:治疗组123例,对照组109例。治疗组选用自拟益肾化癖胶囊(方药组成:淫羊藿12g,巴戟天12g,肉苁蓉15g,鹿角10g,柴胡10g,白芍9g,橘叶9g,香附子12g,山楂9g,丹参9g,郁金9g,海藻15g,瓜蒌10g,山慈菇10g,蜈蚣3条),随症加减。对照组选用安康正大制药有限公司生产的乳康片。结果:治疗组:痊愈98例(79.67%),好转22例(17.89%),未愈3例(2.44%),总有效率为97.56%。对照组:痊愈73例(66.97%),好转22例(20.18%),未愈14例(12.84%),总有效率为87.16%,两组间治疗效果比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:益肾化癖胶囊具有调摄冲任、疏肝理气、活血通络、化痰散结之功效,将其用于治疗乳腺增生病,具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective： To explore clinical TCM therapy in treating mammary glands. Methods： 232 patients were divided into the treated （123） and control （109） group. The Yishen Huapi capsule was given in the treated group. The Rukang pill was given in the control group. Results： In the treated, cured 98 （79.67%）, improved 22 （17.89%）, none 3 （2.44%）, the total efficacy was 97.56%. In the control the data separately was 73 （66.97%）, 22 （20.18%） 14 （12.84%）, 87.16%, comparing results, the difference was significant. Conclusion： The Yishen Huapi capsule is effective in treating mammary glands.
