摘要
目的:应用三苯氧胺与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病,比较两者的临床应用价值。方法:自2002年1月至2005年1月作者应用三苯氧胺与光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生病各136例,比较两者在疗效、副作用以及停药后复发率等方面的差异。结果:疗效:三苯氧胺组(总有效率94.12%)优于光电离子治疗仪组(总有效率44.12%)(P<0.005)。副作用:三苯氧胺组副作用轻,发病率低,无须停药或特殊治疗。光电离子治疗仪组未发现有副作用。随访复发率:三苯氧胺组(14.71%)低于光电离子治疗仪组(88.46%)(P<0.005)。结论:三苯氧胺能消除乳房疼痛和肿块,疗效显著,副作用轻,发病率低,停药后复发率不高,仍是目前临床药物治疗乳腺增生病的首选用药。光电离子治疗仪能有效消除乳房疼痛且无副作用,主要适用于表现为乳痛症者。
Objective : To inquire into the clinic valuation of tamoxifen and the light - electron - ion therapeutic machine for breast hyperplasia. Method: The author used tamoxifen group in 136 cases and light -electron -ion therapeutic machine group in 136 cases. Additionally, comparision of the clinical effect and side effect and the rate of relapse was also studied. Results:① Clinical effect: The tamoxifen group was better than the light - electron - ion therapeutic machine group ( P 〈 0.005 ) ; ② Side effect : The tamoxifen group had a low incidence of slight side effect, and it could not discontinue the drug or need special treatment. The light -.electron - ion therapeutic machine group had none. ③Rate of relapse : the light - electron - ion therapeutic machine group was higher than the tamoxifen group ( P 〈 0. 005 ). Conclusion: The light -electron - ion therapeutic machine can eliminate the patient's pain so that it fits for the patients with breast pain. The tamoxifen can eliminate the patient' s pain and the lamps without severe side effect. Tamoxifen is the first chosen drug for breast hyperplasia at present.
