教学共生——基于雅斯贝尔斯的教育交往观 被引量:7

摘要 教和学的关系问题是教学论中的根本问题。雅斯贝尔斯认为教育是人对人的主体间灵肉交流活动。人与人的交往是双方的对话与敞亮,只有通过交往方可了解事务本性,进而获得真理。雅斯贝尔斯的教育交往观为我们审视"师知,学不知"、"师知,学知"、"学知,师不知"以及"学不知,师不知"四种教学认知关系提供了一种新视角。教学共生是雅斯贝尔斯教育交往观之于现实教学的启示。其中,师生人格平等是教学共生的前提,教育爱是教学共生的纽带,师生学术对话则是教学共生的实质。 The relationship between teaching and learning is the core problem in the teaching and learning theory.Karl Theodor Jaspers argues that education is a kind of activity appeared in the bodies and souls between the people.The communications between the people mean the dialogue and understanding of each other.Only by communications,can we understand the nature of the business and then obtain the truth.The Jaspers’ s thought of educational communications provides us with a new view of analyzing four cognition relationships,namely "known for teacher,not for students","known for teacher and students","known for students,not for teacher " and"not known for teacher and students".The co-existence of teaching and learning is the reflection which the Jaspers’s thought of educational communications implies to the actual teaching.The equality of personality between the teacher and the students is the premise of the co-existence of teaching and learning,education of love is the link of he co-existence of teaching and learning and the academic dialogues between the teacher and the students is the core of the co-existence of teaching and learning.
