摘要
目的调查围产期孕产妇保健状况并评价健康教育的应用效果。方法分别选择参加孕妇学校的孕产妇(观察组)和未参加孕妇学校的孕产妇(对照组)各52例,调查对围产期健康教育的情况及健康教育对分娩方式、并发症等的影响。结果观察组对健康知识的掌握得分情况高于对照组,平均产前检查的次数多于对照组,顺产和母乳喂养的例数多于对照组,第一产程、第二产程均显著短于对照组,产后2 h出血量少于对照组(P均<0.01)。孕产妇年龄、文化程度、家庭收入及丈夫文化程度高是孕产妇进行产前检查的影响因素。结论健康教育能够提高孕产妇对围产期的保健的重视,影响孕产妇进行孕前检查的因素主要有孕产妇的年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、丈夫的文化程度,对于不同情况的孕产妇应采用不同的方式进行健康教育,以达到最好的效果。
Objective To investigate perinatal period health care statues and analyze the effect of health education in perinatal maternal. Methods Selected 52 cases taking part in pregnant women school and 52 cases without taking part in pregnant women, perinatal period health care statues were investigated and the effect of health education on delivery way, complications, and so on. Results Score of health knowledge and antenatal examination times in observiton group was higher than control group,number of eutocia and breast feeding were more than control group, first stage of labor and second stage of labor were shorter than control group, bleeding 2 h after delivery was less than control group (all of P 〈 0.01 ). Age and degree of education of perinatal maternal, family income, degree of education of husband were affecting factors. Conclusion Health education can make perinatal maternal pay attention to perinatal period health care. Age and degree of education of perinatal maternal,family income,degree of education of husband were affecting factors, so situation should receive different health education to achieve the best effect.
