Preliminary Study on Antimicrobial Activity of Crude Haemolymph Extracts from Musca domestica Larva

摘要 以4种细菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)为供试菌,测定了家蝇幼虫血淋巴粗提物的抑菌活性。结果显示,家蝇幼虫血淋巴各浓度粗提物对4种供试细菌均有一定的抑菌活性,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率最大,其他依次为大肠杆菌>枯草芽胞杆菌>巨大芽孢杆菌,在0.8mg/mL时的抑菌率分别为51.09%、48.66%、43.27%和40.62%;在各浓度下不同菌种之间的抑菌率差异不显著,抑菌活性随着血淋巴粗提物浓度的增加而增强。在0.8mg/mL时对各细菌的抑菌圈直径分别为12.00mm、12.22mm、9.11mm和10.33mm,均显著大于对照,但低于头孢霉素。 The antimicrobial activities of crude haemolymph extracts from Musca domestica larva were determined using 4 species of bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus magaterium and Bacillus subtilis). Results showed that each dosage of crude haemolymph extracts from M.domestica larva had a certain antimicrobial activities on the 4 tested bacteria. The highest antimicrobial rate of crude haemolymph extracts was observed on S. aureus, and followed by E.coli, B. subtilis and B. magaterium. The antimicrobial rate at the dosage of 0.8 mg/mL were 51.09%, 48.66%, 43.27% and 40.62%, respectively. Additionally, no significant difference was observed between the antimicrobial rates of each dosage of crude haemolymph extracts on different bacteria. The antimicrobial rate would increase with increasing the dosages of crude haemolymph extracts. Moreover, the diameter of inhibition zone of crude haemolymph extracts at the dosage of 0.8 mg/mL on the four bacterias were 12.00 mm,12.22 mm, 9.11 mm and 10.33 mm, respectively, which were significant larger than control, but lower than cephalosporin.
