摘要
测定桑天牛雄性附腺内容物中可溶性蛋白、总糖、海藻糖、游离氨基酸等组分含量及变化情况。结果表明:雄性附腺内容物中可溶性蛋白含量最高,占总腺管鲜重的8.39%;总糖含量次之,占总鲜重的4.21%;海藻糖和游离氨基酸含量低,分别占鲜重的0.50%、0.25%。低日龄雄虫附腺内容物中各组分含量高,随虫龄的增大,其含量不断降低。交配过程中,雄性附腺内容物部分转移到雌虫,交配后附腺内容物中总糖、海藻糖、游离氨基酸等组分含量均降低,蛋白质组分含量会先升高再降低,48 h即恢复可到交配前水平,且大、小附腺内各组分含量变化有差异。
In this paper,researches were conducted on the contents of the total protein, carbohydrate, trehalose and free amino acids in male accessory glands and the content changes of four materials were also determined. The results showed that the content of total protein was highest among fours substances, and the percentage of total protein in the fresh weight of all accessory glands was 8.39%. The content of total carbohydrate was less than protein and its percentage was 4.21%. The content of treholase was lower, and the percentage of it was 0. 50%. The content of free acid amino was the lowest, and its percentage was 0. 25%. There were the maximum contents of four materials in low-aged male beetles. With male a- dults getting older, the contents would decrease gradually. Parts of the contents of male accessory glands were transferred into female beetles during the mating. After copulation, the contents of the total carbohydrate, trehalose and free amino acids would decline, but the content of the total protein would first increase and then drop. It took 48 hours to recover the content of protein at the level of unmated males. There were different changes of four materials in big and small male accessory glands during the mating.
