摘要
目的:应用640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图定量评价左心功能,探讨640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图对左心功能评价的相关性及640层螺旋CT在冠心病左心功能评价中的应用价值。方法:临床拟诊冠心病的患者58例,均行640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图检查。结果:640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图两种方法的心功能指标差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。640层螺旋CT、二维超声心动图检查指标EDV、ESV、SV、EF相关性高(r值分别为0.853、0.799、0.778、0.654)。结论:640层螺旋CT在左心功能定量评价方面准确、可靠,一次640层CT检查可以同时评估冠脉狭窄情况和左心功能。超声心动图也具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To assess the correlations between 640 - CT and echocardiography in assessment of left ventricular function. Methods 58 patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease（CAD） underwent 640 -CT and echocardiography. Results There was no significant difference among the measurements for 640 - CT, and echocardiography of the left ventricular function parameters（ P 〉 0.05 ）. A strong correlation between 640 - CT and echocardiography （ r = 0. 654 - 0. 853 ） was found for End - diastolic - volume （ EDV）, end - systolic - volume （ ESV）, stroke - volume （ SV ） and left ventricular ejection fraction （EF）. Conclusion 640 - CT angiogra- phy of the heart is noninvasive assessment of the coronary artery,whereas the analysis of left ventricular parameters provides additional in- formation of cardiac function without further radiation exposure or scan time.
