摘要
[目的]调查分析苏州市场白酒产品中酒精度含量状况。[方法]采用国标推荐的密度瓶法和酒精计法检测了苏州市场上的部分白酒中酒精度,并对2种测定方法进行了比较研究。[结果]研究发现,苏州市场大部分白酒产品实测酒精度达到标注度数,其中95%的产品酒精度都不同程度超过标定度数,某些低档产品存在不合格现象。2种测定方法中,密度瓶法测定重复性好、可靠性更高,而酒精计法检测速度快。[结论]研究可为强化白酒市场管理提供参考依据。
[ Objective] To investigate alcohol content in liquor in Suzhou market. [ Method ] Using density bottle method and alcoholometer method, the alcohol content in liquor in Suzhou market was detected. The two determination methods were compared. [ Result] It was found that the alcohol content of most liquor reach the mark degree, among which 95% liquor products excess the mark degree. The density bottle method has a good repeatability and higher reliability, while the detection speed of alcoholometer is faster. [ Conclusion] The study can pro- vide reference basis for strengthening liquor market management.
