摘要
通过对房屋共有面积分摊方法的研究,分析分摊计算中数量集合的逻辑关系,提出基于关系矩阵的房屋共有建筑面积分摊计算模型,给出了数学模型建立的原理方法和模型求解的过程,通过实例计算,说明了在《房产测量规范》规定的原则框架下建立的关系矩阵分摊计算模型是可行的。
This paper aims at analyzing the logical relationship of quantity sets in share calculation via the method of mutual building area apportion method. Meanwhile it presents compu- tation model of mutual building area apportion based on rela- tion matrix, and provides the theory method of mathematical modeling and the process of model solution. Ultimately it illus- trates the possibility of establishing a mutual building area ap- portion model based on relation matrix under the principle framework of 〈 Specifications for estate surveying 〉 by practi- cal calculation
