摘要
根据我国非农建设占用耕地的问题,从经济、环境、政策、管理体制等方面,剖析了非农建设占用耕地的驱动因素,为保护耕地,限制非农建设占用耕地提出了调控措施。
According to the no - agriculture construction impropriate plow land in China, the authors analyzed the driving ingredient on economy, environment policy and the management system, gave some advice on how to adjust and control the no- agriculture construction impropriate the plow land, to make good use of our limited plow land.
