摘要 应用非线性有限元方法研究了工艺参数对钢管双模拔制力的影响。对钢管双模拔制过程进行了模拟,分析了钢管轴向应力的分布。通过正交试验法研究了前模锥角、后模锥角、过渡圆弧半径、前模孔径、拔制速度工艺参数对钢管拉拔的影响,得到了最佳拉拔参数。利用极差分析与方差分析对正交试验结果进行了分析,并应用模拟试验证明了正交试验的有效性和可行性。 The influence of process parameters on the double die drawing force of steel tube was researched by using the nonlinear finite element method. The double die drawing process was simulated. The distributions of axial stress of the steel tube and drawing force were analyzed. The influences of technology parameters such as semi-angle of former dies, semi-angle of latter dies, radius of transition arc, the diameter of former dies and drawing speed on the drawing process were investigated by using the orthogonal experiment method. The best drawing parameters were obtained. The simulation results were analyzed through range and variance analysis. It is proved by applying simulation that orthogonal experiment is efficient and feasible.
