用TK基因突变试验和彗星试验评价亚硒酸钠的致突变性和抗突变性 被引量:1

摘要 目的用TK基因突变试验和彗星试验检测亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)的致突变性和抗突变性。方法设阴性对照组、阳性对照组、抗突变对照组,以及致突变试验组和抗突变试验组各5个剂量组,处理L5178Y细胞3 h,按常规方法进行TK基因突变试验和彗星试验。结果 TK基因突变试验中,6.0~24.0μg/ml Na2SeO3致突变试验组的突变频率(MF)显著高于阴性对照组;0.2~1.6μg/ml Na2SeO3抗突变试验组的突变频率低于丝裂霉素C(MMC)阳性对照组。在彗星试验中,3.0~24.0μg/ml Na2SeO3致突变试验组的平均拖尾率和Olive尾距(OTM)显著大于阴性对照组;0.2~1.6μg/ml Na2SeO3抗突变试验组的平均拖尾率和平均OTM值显著低于重铬酸钾(K2Cr2O7)阳性对照组。结论在不同的剂量范围内,亚硒酸钠可表现出一定的致突变作用和抗突变作用。
