摘要
烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的寄主范围相当广泛,给农业生产带来重大损失,加强对该病毒的检测具有重要意义。在查阅近年来国内外文献的基础上,总结了对烟草花叶病毒的检测方法如直接观测法、电子显微镜检测法、生物学测定法、血清学检测和分子生物学检测法等的研究进展。随着植物种质资源的引进和生态条件的改变,对检测TMV方法提出了更高的要求,因此在实际应用中要综合运用各种检测方法提高检测的准确性。
Tobacco Mosaic Virus （TMV） has a wide range of host, and it could bring great loss to agricultural production. It has an important significance in strengthening the detection of the virus.Based on reviewing recent literatures, the detection methods of tobacco mosaic virus were summarized in this paper, such as direct observation method, electron microscopy, biology, serology and molecular biology detection. With the introduction of seed resources and change of ecological conditions, the higher requirement of TMV detection was needed. In the practical application ,it should combine different detection methods to improve the accuracy of detection.
