摘要
根据洗煤厂自动化效率不高的问题,介绍了一种基于PLC的洗煤厂集中自动化控制系统的组成结构、硬件构成及实现方法,论述了PLC在本自动化控制系统中的应用及通信方式的实现。实际应用表明该系统控制可靠、运行效果稳定良好。
In order to improve the working efficiency of coal washery,a kind of automatic control system in coal washery based on PLC are introduced in this paper.The composing,hardware and realization methods of automatic control system are introduced.The application of PLC and communication network are discussed.It has been shown that the good results have reliable control and well running.
